This group will consist of founders who share ideas on their individual projects. The group should consist of three to five different founder (preferably from different) periodically to review and critique each other's work in an open/confidential manner (open to one another, close to the world).I say this because I am currently contemplating a massive pivot on the core idea behind a startup I am currently working on. Being working on it for over a year. When pushed to discuss with investors and potential team members, I am beginning to realize my focus MIGHT be off course. The idea had been hidden throughout the development stage. However, with discussions and interactions I have now, I am identifying fundamental flaws behind its framework.
Thoughts?
