So last Sunday, I went to cut my hair and after a nice cut from my barber, I asked him how much he is willing to give me if I bring him a customer. He puzzled and told me he doesn't know, that he has not thought about it before, so I told him to think about it and let me know next time I come to have my hair cut.
Have you ever wanted to cut your hair in a barber’s shop but not sure how good the guy is or if he has what it takes to give you a good haircut or you didn’t have cash to pay?
Take a look at ClassPass.com, it's a monthly membership program that connects you to gym/fitness studios across cities in US, UK, Canada and Australia. Same thing can be replicated for haircuts/hairdressers, you can model it to be a monthly membership that connects customers to barbers/hairdressers salon across cities. You can start with Lagos, then Abuja, PHC etc.
Meet with barbers/hairdressers and discourse bringing them onboard your platform. For sure, you will need to do a lot of work to motivate and encourage them so they can join and remain on your platform.
Subscriptions models; you have to consider prices from across different locations. Prices vary from barbers to locations. For example, price for haircut in Surulere is different from those in VI, Yaba, Ikeja, Somolu, Agege, Ketu, Ojodu. These variations across different locations can be harmonised into categories. This will enable flexibility when users need to select/purchase a plan.

Some app features:
1. Should be applicable to barbers and hairdressers
2. Users should be able to change plans
3. Find barbers/hairdressers close to my location or a defined location.
4. List available amenities and options
5. Book a session ahead, skip the wait line.
6. Subscription payment from within the app.

Some barbers/Hairdressers resistance to signup:
1. Lack of cash at hand
2. No cash to fuel their generator set
3. No cash to buy recharge card and data.

Solutions to resistance:
1. Partner with petrol stations that will enable them buy fuel from within the app, or partner with fuelvoucher.com.ng
2. Enable the functionality for barbers to recharge and buy data for their phones or of loved ones.
3. Enable functionality to transfer money to their defined bank account.
4. Partner with piggybank.ng to help them with esusu/Ajo.

Add other things, spice it up and refine it.
