Please I am in the process of working on a new project and I need quotes for the development of the web based platform.
I want the platform to be built using pure PHP and MYSQL because this is the language I can use and I want to be able to manage the code on my own after the project has been delivered to me. Offcourse JQUERY , CSS and the other client side scripting languages can be used.
The cost should include the following:
UX Development
Graphical Design
Purchase of Images
2 months maintenance cost
SEO Optimization
Concerning exact details of the project and expected functionality, these will be provided in a PM to people who can convince me that they can do the job . Also, I will personally handle the domain name registration and hosting.
Also, I will only consider people who can provide evidence of a project they have started and completed in the past.
