I've been running a startup Cashdown Nigeria and i've been on this for about 2 years now. Cashdown Nigeria is an online/offline pawnshop whereby users can pawn/sell items for cash. Basically we're bringing the pawnshop system to Nigeria. It's been an interesting journey so far however as the business model needs to be tailored specifically to Nigeria. We're in operation and currently operating in the green balance book wise and are currently having regular transactions and hopefully would grow into something big in Nigeria.
I'd like members of the house who has some experience on such a system or in growing startups to offer some tips or criticisms on how to scale this startup.
