Full disclosure: I've launched a mobile app startup before and for that we ended up going with some developers based out of Argentina. I was hoping for this new venture I would use developers based in Africa, since I do some of my business in Abuja already, and I'm a Nigerian myself. We're targeting a September launch so right now I'm just collecting feedback and cost estimates from developers. I'm going to compare skills, flexibility and costs and go with the more effective option.
